The strength of our camps lies in the energy and enthusiasm that our counselors bring to each
day. As we add more options to your summer, we are calling on each lead counselor’s
experience in the classroom to help design the camps that they run. The following descriptions
will be used as a guideline for the instructor to prepare a custom camp experience for your child
and his/her fellow campers. The curriculum for these camps will be finalized well before the camp
sessions begin and no camp will be the same. So feel free to use Baroody Camps for all of your
summer camp needs.

Basketball
Ages 5-14
offered at Saint Mary's, Saint Charles, Alexandria Country Day and Saint Louis
Each day will consist of teaching stations, a daily fundamental, team competition, foul shooting
and daily tournaments. The camp for younger ages is designed for the beginner while the kids in
the middle age group range from beginner to intermediate. The older campers will see a camp
geared towards the more serious participant with more rigorous training and instruction mixed in
with the fun that makes every camp day exciting.
PE
Ages 5-11
offered at Saint Charles (5-8) and Saint Louis (5-11)
This camp is a perfect choice for an active kid who wants to learn different team sports and
games while engaged in friendly competition.Team concepts and sportsmanship are emphasized
throughout the week during games. Come out and play!
Active Art
Ages 5-8
offered at Saint Charles and Saint Louis
This camp is a combination of Art activities and PE style games. The art portion will make up the
bulk of the day and there will be two, 45 minute periods of PE. The campers will expose their
inner artist by creating 4 different projects with 4 different media. With the instructor's guidance,
the camper will create their own final project using the style of their own.
