How do I register for programs?

Registration links vary and are located on each of our program pages (summer camps, school year, other programs).

What are my payment options? Can I set up a payment plan?

We accept major credit cards, checks or money orders. We are happy to discuss payment options with families. Please email us at info@baroodycamps.com.

What if I am experiencing technical difficulties online?

Please visit the Registration Tips tab (Tech tips) on the registration site for helpful information. If you are still unable to pay online, please email us at info@baroodycamps.com.

How do I apply a family credit from a previous program?

At this time, family credits can only be applied through Baroody Camps. Please email us at info@baroodycamps.com if you have a family credit on your account.

Are financial aid opportunities available?

Baroody Camps is committed to ensuring that all of our opportunities are available to all children. Baroody Camps has agreed to offer financial aid for programs at a reduced rate to interested & qualified families in partnership with our non-profit (Baroody Project) and our partner PTA's.

How do I apply for financial aid?

To be considered for financial aid, please indicate your request on the registration form. If you are experiencing financial hardship, we encourage you to contact us directly.

What is my child has special needs?

If your child has special needs, please indicate their need on the registration form. We may reach out for additional information regarding how we can support your child.

How can I download a dependent care receipt?

You can log into your Jumbula account (same information used to register for programs) and download your receipt. The receipt will also include our Tax ID number.

To download a dependent care receipt, log into your account and select the 3 lined box at the top right corner. Select "reports" then "dependent care receipt." Enter the search criteria and view report.
